Regarding the Design Director position currently advertised on your website, please find attached a copy of my CV and samples of my portfolio for your consideration.

Having worked within the retail design industry for over 13 years, I have developed a wide range of skills in creation and management. Since graduating from Ecole Supérieure d'Art et de Design (ESAD) of Reims (France) in 1997, I have been working in well-known design companies in Paris specialising in Corporate Identity and Retail Design.

During the course of my career, I have designed a large number of signage and retail concepts for which I won two French retail awards "TopCom" in 2005, and have been in charge of teams of up to 12 people (designers, artworkers, project managers, etc), forming a cohesive team that helped the companies achieve overal objectives.

In my last role as a Creative Director for Malherbe Retail Design agency (Paris, France), I was in charge of leading the Community and Catering Department and was very successful in developing the business by securing contracts from high profile clients. My main client was Quick (a French fast-food chain) for which I worked on many differents subjects: new indoor designs, low-coast buildings, eco-friendly buildings, flagship restaurant, coffee corner, kids area, etc. My work involved liaising with freelancers (photographers, illustrators, 3D artworkers, and copywriters) in addition to a high level of client interfacing.

The Quick Car-Thru concept we designed was awarded by a "Janus du Commerce" prize in 2008 (French retail award).

I have now relocated to London, and wish to widen my experience by working in a new and exciting professional environment.
