About me

Throughout my career I have gained a wealth of transferable skill, from organising, attending and presenting at numerous meetings I have become a confident public speak, and am comfortable with conversing with a variety of people in various settings.

I have highly developed negotiation skills, gain from my experience working with new business development and from the start-up of projects.

I am an effective trouble-shooter, with well-developed interpersonal skills; I enjoy working as part of a team where ideas and tasks can be shared to achieve an end goal, but am equally as comfortable working independently using my own initiative and enjoying the responsibility to hit deadlines.

Whilst working in my previous role I was responsible for overseeing 13 projects and Line managed eight staff members. This experience has given me the ability and confidence to work to tight timelines, ever changing demands and managing company and client expectation. On top of this, my role greatly increased my understanding of business development and appreciation for the needs of individuals within the work place.

As my CV will demonstrate I have a strong track record in my industry; however, as I have been developing as a person I have found I am wanting a role that calls upon the creative, imaginative side of my personality therefore I am looking to transfer my skills and take my career in a new direction.
