Hello, I'm Frances - a Project Manager with 8 years of experience in creative agencies.
I started my career as an Account Executive, and worked my way up to Account Director level, delivering award-winning campaigns and outstanding creative work across both global and independent agencies. My experience spans campaign development, branding, packaging, and OOH.
Having recently transitioned to focus solely on Project Management, I'm driven by clarity, collaboration, and process. I take pride in creating the structure that enables teams to do their best work, and my calm, solutions‑focused approach helps even the most complex projects run smoothly and deliver real impact.
