About me
I am an approachable yet determined individual who, when given a challenge, will take pride in completing it to the very highest standard with a "can do" and flexible approach. I am highly creative, motivated and personable, will bring plenty of enthusiasm to any task I am given and can work effectively, either on my own, or as part of a team.
I have recently graduated with a First Class honours degree in Printed Textile Design, demonstrating a combination of dedication and creativity; skills that I feel are transferable to all professional situations. I am deeply passionate about all areas of design. However, I also have a keen interest in both history and literature and took great pleasure in the more academic side of writing my dissertation, which discussed the representation of women in French Revolutionary art and for which I received a mark of 77%. Away from my studies, I recently completed a 8,000+ mile drive from London to the capital of Mongolia in aid of charity, the planning of which was carried out during my final year of studies. This required excellent time management and organisational skills, as well as a bit of guts!
