Her role also encompasses driving the need for brand consistency in omni-channel marketing across current and new clients. Phillippines-born, Singapore-raised and fresh from 6 years in Shanghai; Frances has 14 years of advertising and brand building experience with the likes of BBDO, TBWA and Fred & Farid under her belt. Whatever the challenge - whether it be brand architecture or online shopping, commercial strategy or agency management - she brings her strategic expertise and signature dynamism in spades.
