About us
With backgrounds in illustration and graphic design, and with the acquired technical skills of data and software manipulation, FourPoint Mapping combine the best of both worlds in cartography: artistic creativity with technical know-how. Based in the southwest of England, FourPoint Mapping are specialists in creating bespoke mapping solutions. Originally called 'CycleCity Guides' we created and produced the very first cycling map for Bristol in the mid-90s, and still specialise in sustainable transport mapping.
Over the years the company has evolved into 'FourPoint Mapping' providing the cartography and associated graphic design for unitary authorities, publishers, partnerships, organisations and individuals across the UK. We are also Sustrans' preferred supplier for whom we produce the mapping content for all their publications.
