My name is Floss,
I'm a brand engagement specialist that mashes up strategic thinking with creative execution.
I've spent the last 15 years working for a Creative Engagement & Events Agency in Yorkshire as part of their SLT but I'm now looking for another opportunity.
I've spent that time moving from Creative Director, Strategy Director, Brand Consultant and to even COO.
I'm trained in Psychology and Behavioural Economics, and I've worked at C-suite level with a mixture of start-ups and huge global brands to build successful brand engagement for both their colleagues and customers. Through events, comms, campaigns, and brand strategy development.
I'm hugely results led and I'm incredibly passionate about the impact a brand and experience can have on how people behave.
