About me
I am a fashion designer creative and enthusiast. Fashion, music, film and journalism are my absolute passions. I have a journalism degree and a podcast entitled, The Flo Experience. I went to Clark Atlanta University for fashion design at first, but I was not a youthful traditional student and I simply could not afford to continue. That led me to transferring to GSU where I obtained my journalism degree. I also sing and once was a rapper hence the name Flo. None of these passions have ever left me ever since I was a kid. To me they are not one without the other. I describe them as a perfect combination of artwork. So much that I can't give up on either of them. However, my ultimate goal and dream is to become a Creative Designer in fashion. It's the fuel that keeps it all running smoothly in my world. It's not just about the clothes, it's inspiration, it's art, it's Flo. I look forward to collaborating with artists and designers and building an Atelier of my very own. I truly believe...no, I truly KNOW, that this will happen and the time is now. I am a mom of two incredible teenagers and I've been married to a spectacular man for 20 years. We are all creative artists that speak truth to our purpose through creativity.
