About me

I am a dedicated and highly motivated graphic designer with specific skills in motion graphics and interactive design. You will see from my enclosed CV that over the last 6 years I have gained a wide variety of both transferable and specific skills, which relate to working within a multi disciplinary design environment. I have a vast amount of knowledge and experience in Broadcast, Web, Interactive DVD and 3G.

My portfolio and showreel are full of clever and interesting design solutions, that demonstrate my attention to detail and my excellent understanding of typography. I have a lively and confident manner and will use my initiative to manage numerous deadline driven projects without compromising presentation, quality or delivery. I am a team player with a supportive and cooperative approach to colleagues. I have enjoyed many diverse client relationships and am experienced in taking briefs, analysing requirements and then subsequently briefing members of my team.

Working as a graphic designer for BBC News Resources gave me an invaluable insight into the television process, with hands on experience of location shooting, studio filming and script writing. From the BBC I moved on to one of the top Digital advertising companies, which combines multi-disciplined design including Broadcast, Web and 3G. Winning many pitches, I was able to work with major clients such as Apple, The AA, BBC and Ford Uefa. This gave me an insight in to the future of New Media.
