I am an enthusiastic, hard working, self-motivated and organised individual. Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
I have gained skills in different areas of my life, each can be applied to any situation either in employment or a social setting.
I am both Mac and P C literate and have had experience of using Microsoft Excel, Word and Access also Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Quark Xpress.
I am accomplished in problem solving and giving advice. I am a good communicator, and in my current job I use my good listening skills when dealing with difficult queries. I am required to produce written reports for each claimant that I deal with and pass on verbal reports to the relevant parties. I am also responsible for the collation of statistical data within my team.
