2002-present - (Graphic Designer) First4Skills, First4Skills works with many large national companies across all sectors. It offers work-based training programmes and is one of the largest companies in its field. , Designing, producing and updating learning materials for First4Skills, such as company branded internal forms, booklets, posters, advertisements and handbooks, Last year I was heavily involved in our company rebranding, creating the new ‘First4Skills’ company logo, as well as the accompanying company branded materials, The production of the quarterly company newsletter ‘First4News’, which is distributed throughout the company, in printed form and in flip-page format, Involvement in the initial design stages for our annual company conference, following through to the production of the theme logo, handouts and materials, as well as the conference room design, Producing bespoke materials for our annual regional roadshows, Producing advertising posters, promotional items, leaflets and management guidelines on behalf of clients, Creating several internal company logos and brands, Designing PowerPoint templates, Liaise with an immediate team to ensure all projects are correctly briefed, and booked into the work schedule, Working on large projects with several internal departments to complete staggered deadlines, I regularly update the company intranet site and have experience of updating our company internet site via an external company, Liaising with print suppliers and setting up print-ready artwork, Forging strong working relationships with clients and business partners, 2001-2002 - (Graphic Designer) Manchester Leaving Care Service, Barnardos, Designing a range of booklets to prepare teenagers for leaving care, which included a book of inspirational stories and advice, and an easy to use cookbook
