About me

I am a London-based screenwriter, script editor and development professional with experience developing, evaluating and refining feature films, television pilots, documentaries and shorts.

I am currently commissioned to write the feature horror screenplay The Blackwood Butcher, developed from existing underlying material. My work has included creating the story treatment, writing successive screenplay drafts, managing an ensemble narrative and collaborating directly with the producer to prepare the project for eventual pitching, packaging, financing and production.

Since 2023, I have also assessed more than 75 features, pilots and short films for Shore Scripts, providing structured coverage across premise, plot, character, dialogue, pacing, presentation and producibility. One of my reports was selected by Shore Scripts as a customer-facing example of its coverage, and I wrote the published article "How to Write the Perfect Anti-Hero."

My wider editorial work includes extensive page-level and English-language editing on Cyberfood, now moving towards production, alongside developmental feedback on short films in pre- and post-production. I work collaboratively with writers to strengthen structure, character, dialogue and emotional clarity while preserving the project's intended voice.

At Ember Films, I contributed to the development package for a documentary about mascots, conducting project research and helping prepare creative and supporting materials for prospective partners. I also supported pitch materials, screenplay development, production planning and scheduling across other projects.

Alongside my creative experience, I bring a background in financial analysis, audience insight and commercial media. I currently produce audience and sponsorship valuations at Paramount and previously worked as a financial analyst at Marsh McLennan. This allows me to approach development from both a creative and analytical perspective, including audience positioning, comparable projects, commercial potential and packaging strategy.
