About me
I have been working as a designer in publishing for over ten years and have extensive knowledge of Quark, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator for design, layout and print production.
I am experienced in designing for all key territories when creating and planning a book. I use strong typography and innovative design ideas to deliver something special for the international titles I have worked on including: Coleen's Real Style, Stephen Fry in America and several cookery titles.
I have worked closely with editors, authors, illustrators, photographers and sales and marketing to make sure design sensibilities have been carried through all aspects of the publication.
My broad understanding of the printing process, project management and commissioning means I am very much a senior ‘hands-on' creative working as part of the design team.
