About me

Fabio is part of film directing duo I.M (Irmãos Meirelles) along with his sister Marilia. In addition to directing, they act as writers and editors in their films.

"Late Night Stores", a campaign they made for Burger King, was awarded a Lion in Film at Cannes Lions 2021 and won a Pencil in the same category at The One Show. Recently, they were finalists in the "New Director of the Year" category at the Shots Awards and also shortlisted at the YDA - Young Director Award - with "Operation Chrono", a short film they wrote and directed for the game Free Fire. They were also featured in some of the main publications in the area with the short film "Murayama" - shots, booooom and director's notes.

Their most recent work include ads for Banco do Brasil, Ambev, Coca-Cola and Yamaha.
