Hi

My name is Fabio Machado, Born in Switzerland, Geneve, raised in North of Portugal and now resident in London.

I am a professional Retoucher and Photographer.

Since beginning of 2008 I've been a freelancer working independently and for other photographers and Studios mainly in Fashion side of photography.

In early 2011 I've decided to close my own studio In Portugal and fly to UK to work as a Free lancer High-end Retoucher and Photographic assistant, creating images for campaigns, catalogs, key looks, look books, cad books and E-Commerce for brands like Peter Werth, Firetrap, Full Circle, Boxfresh, Penguin UK Original, Urban Stone and more being the responsible for all the major Retouching.

As a Retoucher tasks like skin treatment, background reconstruction, colour management, reshaping, processing and placing them Online, are trusted with minimum instructions, if not none but having been a photographer gave me the motivation to do much more, being involved in the shoots, directing the models/subjects, colour management, Digital Operating (Capture One Pro) to make the perfect shot happen but also Setting up Lighting equipment and Cameras and helping with other basic tasks to ensure a smooth and pleasant day of work for the team and the photographer.

My passion for Fashion photography has been growing each day as my dedication, saying that, long work days are not a problem and weekends when needed.

My dedication and motivation are my strongest skills and I am always ready to learn more and share my knowledge, always working as a team.

All I need is an opportunity to demonstrate my dedication.
