About me

Hi, I am a Cincinnati-based professional illustrator experienced in the field of instructive science and health information. I founded Evelyn Pence Illustration 20 years ago with a focus on academic publishing for higher education, patient and professional healthcare education. My illustrations and design can be found in many leading college and professional education publications, as well as consumer healthcare, personal care and pharmaceutical marketing. Clients include Proctor & Gamble (Oral Care), Johnson & Johnson Ethicon, University of California San Diego and Saatchi and Saatchi Wellness. I hold an MFA in biomedical illustration from the University of Michigan; and I'm a board certified medical illustrator (CMI) and professional member of the Association of Medical Illustrators.
