About me
Hello,
I have attached my resume as part of my application for the role of Studio Administrator. I am applying for this role as the job advertised is an interesting role. I see it as an exciting opportunity that would give me the chance to excel at my job, and so help with the office's smoothly running, making everyone's job easier.
I would be an excellent fit for this job as I am a hard worker and thoroughly enjoy working in a fast paced environment, but also because my experience makes me perfectly suited for this role. As an office manager and personal assistant in a fast paced boutique law firm specialising in defamation law, I worked closely with the principal solicitor on many tasks, ranging from diary management, case preparation to website construction. I was also the first point of contact for clients, face to face, and over the phone. I maintained our in-house library, opened and shut the office, was the main point of contact for IT problems and took care of all office stationary orders. Currently, I work part-time as a label assistant with a record label. This encompasses the promotion, setting up and running of live events, the promotion in online and print media of our artists and general label administration.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Evan Graham
