About me

Targeting Principal / Head of roles that are hands-on with roadmaps, research,
and delivery; I'm seeking impact over title.

- Experience at various scales: My experience spans 5-person startups, 50-person scaleups, all the way to 500k-person corporates, changing how technology is used, and is industry-agnostic.

- Strategic and Hands-on: I zoom out for the strategic view, and zoom in to collaborate on design and implementation details with multi-disciplinary teams. I shape Product Vision and Roadmaps from inception, coach my teams to grow, and thrive in complex environments.

- Deep product skills: Developed and executed product strategies that align with business objectives and user needs. Very skilled in product research, strategy, human-centred design, UX, and product management.

- Workshops with outcomes: I shape and facilitate strategic workshops, where a whole team finds enlightenment, collaboration, and alignment. I was part of instigating embedding Design Thinking across all of BCG, over time training 600+ consultants myself.
