Key Accountabilities
- Build, deliver and coordinate Social Business programs
- Use communication and engagement expertise to develop and deliver effective employee communications and engagement plans
- Build relationships with senior management to gain a deep understanding of the business unit strategies & objectives in order to provide the most effective communication and engagement solutions.
- Work in collaboration with colleagues in Marketing, Communication, and Customer Experience to capture customer insights, both internal and external, to continuously develop and improve a value-creating service proposition for the business.
- Produce written and visual materials by reviewing and coaching business leaders to deliver effective and relevant communications against business objectives based on the specific needs of the audience.
- Work collaboratively with communication and engagement team to influence the use of and changes to organisational communication channels, to deliver innovative, multi-way employee communication and engagement.
- Identify, track and measure effectiveness of communication and engagement plans, working with the Business Management function.
- Take the lead on communication and engagement projects, such as employee survey as well as supporting business critical projects allocated in line with business priorities.
- Delivering organisational change communication plans, which align with TfL strategy & policies to translate them for execution in the business units, ensuring that high levels of engagement are sustained and agreed outcomes are achieved.
