I am an aspiring story writer trying to make his own anime. I have medium skill drawing but I know the fundamentals of drawing, and how animating works. I have my own technique to animate moving scenes, but I need to be in the right mood and have inspiration. I also can visualize moving scenes and objects very well, but I have a hard time animating them in real life, as they are getting more complicated. In all I have 2 years of experience animating and 4-5 years of drawing experience, but I have really only seriously tried to get good at art this year.
