About me

A creative and operational Leader, with 17+ years' experience delivering projects and leading agencies within the creative sector. Ete's led global, multi-disciplined teams at everything from a project to programme and network level. After being instrumental in AnalogFolks four year journey to become "Digital Innovation Agency Of The Year" and a plethora of other industry and national awards, he joined ENGINE Group in September 2019 to be CEO of 'ENGINE Group UK's 'Creative' Division.

Having worked at some of the premier creative agencies including AnalogFolk, AKQA, Tribal Worldwide, Digitas and SixandCo; Ete's gained experience across sectors from Financial Services, to Technology, Travel and Tourism, FMCG and Automotive. He's worked on projects covering ECRM, service-design, digital marketing, outdoor advertising, digital POS, mobile applications and large-scale platform development. He's also designed, implemented and enabled business growth strategies for agencies ranging from 'start-ups' to 'mid-size'; optimised, complex, large-scale accounts, clients and agencies by creating scalable, sustainable and effective systems, processes and methods. As well as developed and led, change management initiatives for both clients and agencies, ranging from business proposition, positioning and strategy, to organisational structure and operational delivery.

Ete's obsessively passionate about delivering innovation and driving social change. As well as sitting on the advisory boards of several D&I initiatives including Creative Equals', and mentoring at She Says Who's Your Momma, Creative Equals, Bloom/WACL and The Exchange Project, he's also the co-founder of WeAreStripes and CulturesHeroes, inclusion initiatives whose missions are to create opportunities for Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic talent, across the creative industries.

He's also contributing to advancing creativity within our industry as a member of the Effies UK Council, BIMA Charities Council and Non-Executive Director at 'Hey Big Man!'.
