As a sales and marketing professional with over 30 years of working experience, I have been successful in relationship building and relationship management resulting to account retention/renewals, repeat business and new business. Expertise includes cross-selling and up-selling skills set. During my stint at Recall NZ, I was able to secure a significant sale from a major Council with a 2 + 1 years contract until June 2016. And I was cited for a major Telecommunications company in their May 2014 IT Newsletter with Recall NZ as the Vendor for the Month under their Vendor Spotlight section. To add, I have been instrumental in the MSA (Master Services Agreement) extension for a global IT company.
