About me

With 9 years teaching and freelancing experience in a fast paced, pressure driven post-production and design industry has allowed me to hone my skills and abilities on various creative and technical levels, thriving on these challenges make it possible for me to adapt my design and post-production workflows in broadcast technology and efficiently manage all aspects of my working environment to successfully deliver on any given task or project.

Specialising within the Final Cut Studio 2 suite of applications, Final Cut Pro, DVD Studio Pro, Motion, Color and Compressor for use in post-production including digitising rushes for editing, authoring, compositing and color grading allows me to be highly proficient in all areas of production and post as well as related fields such as DVD authoring, motion graphics, audio and compression for delivering video content to various formats. My skills within design and post applications transferred to DVD authoring and broadcast design have allowed me to successfully continue to complete and deliver a number of commercially released programs and DVD titles.

As an Apple Certified Pro and an Apple Certified Trainer and having worked on many projects involving post-production, print and web based media has enhanced my ability to be able to deal with complex technology and information, and creative problem solving.
