About me
As an Interaction Designer I define the behavior and sequence of functionality, structure the content, and design user interface elements to help users achieve their goals.
This includes activities such as:
-Develop Use Case Scenarios, Task Analysis and Mental Models to illustrate Process Flows and to identify, prioritize and specify Functional Requirements.
-Develop Sitemaps, Content Matrices and Wireframes to define how the user interacts with functionality and content.
-Design UI Elements and Infographics to facilitate usersâ€(TM) understanding of, and interaction with, functionality and content.
-Build Prototypes to test Interaction Concepts in action and get User Feedback on variations before deciding on the best solution.
Positive effects of my work:
-Increased end-user satisfaction
-Increased end-user productivity, success, and completion
-Reduced long-term development costs
-Reduced training and support costs
-Return business to improve your competitiveness
Good interaction design is based in user research - informed and inspired by user needs, behavior and motivations, and in perfect harmony with business objectives and technical constraints.
