Please find attached my CV for the position for an edit assistant/junior editor. Currently I work at Splice TV as a Librarian/CTA assistant but my main aspiration is to become an Editor.My experiences as a Librarian/CTA assistant within my current company have given me ample opportunity to work closely with Senior Technicians using both FCP & Avid. All of my acquired knowledge I believe I can take with me to an edit assistant/junior editor role. I am a very hard working and reliable individual with a keen determination to suceed, some examples of the activities I am responsible for in my current role include setting up Avid & FCP operating systems, giving clients access to work spaces, logging in tapes and ordering stock e.t.c All of these activities require good attention to detail.
