About me

My name is Emma Brock and I am a Web and Graphic Designer with over eight years experience in the design, print and web industry. I have recently been working in Sydney, Australia as a freelance designer, but am back in the UK and looking for new and exciting jobs.

I have worked in various areas of design, enabling me to build up a diverse portfolio. I am competent in producing strong design solutions for corporate identity, layout, packaging, exhibition graphics, point of sale, websites, HTML e-marketing, online advertisements and social media profiles. I also have an excellent working knowledge of many design programmes and have a valuable understanding of the print process.

I am a confident and enthusiastic, self starter with a keen eye for detail. I can comfortably manage projects, working from the initial brainstorming and client meetings to the checking of final proofs and I am happy to work on my own or as part of a team. I am used to heavy work loads and strict deadlines, where multi-tasking is essential, I thrive under pressure and remain flexible and organised when completing tasks.

My knowledge and experience within the world of design is continually expanding and I am passionate about all things creative, especially when they involve thinking outside the box to achieve something fresh and innovative. I am assertive, hard working and full of motivation. I have great communication skills and can produce original and creative ideas to an extremely high standard. I can guarantee loyalty and offer a friendly, can do attitude both in and out of the work place.
