I am an authentic, passionate communicator, who creates a connection with each and every audience.

I'm interested in how communication is a powerful and persuasive tool in challenging our perceptions - specifically around disability.

As an avid wild swimmer, I enjoy writing about the mental and physical health benefits of cold water swimming and have written for Swimtrek, Let's Eat Cake and travel websites From Rome2Rio.

I enjoy writing web content and copy, (SEO) blogs, alongside freelance features and managing all social media communications.

Whilst my background is fundraising and producing (Paralympics 2012) I am now focussed on writing and developing content around health/ wellbeing and lifestyle.
