About me

I attach my CV in the hope that I maybe of interest to you. I have recently graduated with a 2:1 in Applied and Decorative Arts from the University College for the Creative Arts (formerly known as the Kent Institute of Art and Design). During my first and second year I explored many different areas in design including ceramics, jewellery, model making, graphics and branding, before finally deciding to specialise in lighting for my third year.

I am really interested in lighting design and throughout my course I often researched interior trends and spaces to support the work I produced. The pieces I created were always to reside in either domestic or commercial spaces. I am familiar with using AutoCAD 2006, Microsoft and Adobe computer packages as well as having advanced research skills when using the internet.

I am quick to learn and also have experience of working within an office environment; good telephone manner and basic administration skills. I would really appreciate the opportunity to work for you as the job vacancy sounds so exciting.
