Dear Recruiter,

My name is Emma and I am currently working at Athona Recruitment on a temporary contract, as a marketing assistant.

I would love to work within your company because I have a passion for design and marketing, and would like to progress my skills further in this industry.

At Athona I work closely with the marketing manager to produce designs for both print and digital materials. This involves creating new designs on a daily basis to advertise events, new job roles, and to help raise money for our chosen charity of the year.

In my previous Job at Thurrock council I worked closely with the Communications team to organise events, advertise in the local newspapers, as well as assist with running monthly campaigns. I also helped within the design team producing PowerPoint presentations, as well as the media team by helping to check and monitor press releases.
