I have been working in experiential marketing, events and integrated marketing for the past seven years. I've built my career on the belief that success does not happen by chance but is the result of ambition, passion and focused action. I'm the person who thrives on, and has a proven record of managing and delivering a range of large and small scale events and experiential marketing campaigns; accomplished through my ability to boost the productivity of the team around me in order to reach goals. My drive and determination have enabled me to achieve promotions across a diverse range of roles such as Event Manager/ Producer and Client Services Account Director. I believe it is this combination of skill-set and experience that would make me a strong candidate as I am able to go above and beyond all necessary functions and lead a team effectively. My ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders assists me in managing deadlines effectively. Since all campaigns, large or small, need to be managed within a limited budget - I possess the ability to ensure that all tasks performed are carried out within the confines of set expenditures.
