About me
A Master's student of Design Management at the Winchester School of Art, University of Southampton, with a bachelors degree in Contemporary Crafts from the University College of Falmouth, a vibrant and forward-thinking specialist arts college and key player in the national and international creative scene.
I am a creative individual with design and design management experience, with a passion for brands, design, sustainable development, and a desire to create change. I am innovative, grounded, curious and a skilled designer and researcher, with significant experience in brand engagement, Responsible design, Online Conversational Marketing, evaluating Marketing/Design strategies, implicating competitor analysis, as well as conducting qualitative, quantitative and design research. I have also presented my work and had my work published internationally.
Currently working for AVEDA a Green industry leader, as an Education/Show and Events Co-ordinator Intern, I am adding to my unique skills set and experience. By understanding and defining education strategies and engagement, as well as delivering sustainable initiatives by helping to co-ordinate a large scale international AVEDA Show and Education Event, including marketing of the event.
I am seeking a challenging and creative role with the opportunity to work on projects that develop all aspects of marketing. I wish to support a company's growth by delivering creative and effective marketing and communications strategies, PR, and Branding. To provide marketing/brand communications and the skills required to assist in the effective delivery of communications. I also wish to educate and help consumers to champion brands/companies and get engaged, and have a desire to conduct business in a sustainable manner wherever possible.

Estee Lauder- Aveda Europe: Education Show and Events Coordinator Intern, April 2012- Present Day., Currently working for AVEDA Europe as an Education/Show and Events coordinator Intern, helping to co-ordinate AVEDA Education training events and a large scale international AVEDA Education and Show Event in Berlin later this year. This includes: working alongside the Events Manager, liaising with European affiliates, helping to coordinate all events, creating spreadsheets and PowerPoint’s for the Director, collating ticket/workshop data from the attending countries, collating material for Business College, Purefessor meetings and Regional Events, also including the marketing of the AVEDA Education and Show Event and the set up of an Event Ticket site and Ticket Design.
