Dear Sir / Madame,

I have been in my current position - Assistant Art Director at Yellowdoor - for just over a year now and would like to move to a similar position at a rival London agency, with a view to progressing my career towards a fully-fledged Art Director role. I would also like to be considered for equivalent positions on the client side, or with a magazine publisher.

As you can see from my CV, I have a strong creative background, having studied Fashion and Art at two of London's most respected institutions, Central St Martins and Ravensbourne College.

During my time at Yellowdoor I have added Mac design (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) competencies to my creative skillset. However, I remain focussed on a primarily creative as opposed to a graphic design career path.
