About me

I currently work as the site editor for a well established online listings and reviews website. My job involves every aspect of editing; from design and written editorial work to general site maintenance and technical support. The website is still a baby, however it has grown massively in a very small amount of time and I have been able to watch and help it develop to fit the ever increasing volume of users.

My job involves a lot of time management, research, and initiative; making sure the traffic on the site is constant and smooth, and if there is a glitch, to hopefully catch it before anyone else. I am incredibly adaptable, confident, professional and extremely focused. I started working at my current job when I was 22 as a data entry assistant, I have worked up to run and maintain the site and am currently helping design the new version which has just been relaunched. I spend a lot of time working on the editorial pieces, reviews and articles which we will start to display in the new year. I also take care of all the customer related problems or queries.

I graduated with a BA in Illustration Design in 2007, and am more interested in beginning to focus my work in this area. I'm extremely competent in the Creative Suite (1-3), Microsoft Office, basic web-building and basic Flash, HTML and CSS.
