He is the only Certified CCO in Sustainable & Responsible Transformation by The Swedish Institute, and the only Certified CCO in Wrong Thinking — an innovation methodology applied by NASA, Apple, Google, and McKinsey & Company.

Henry won Bolivia's first-ever Cannes Lions, One Show, D&AD, London International Awards, and El Ojo de Iberoamérica first-ever Grand Prix, setting a historic precedent for the country's creative industry.

He has served as a jury member at El Ojo de Iberoamérica (10 times), FIAP, El Sol, Global Effie, Effie Latam (6 times), New York Festivals (8 times), The One Show, and Cannes Lions 2023.

He led the first Coca-Cola campaign exported across the entire Latin American region and the . Hispanic market.

He also led the first Sony campaign exported regionally, to the . Hispanic market, and to several Asian countries — achieving this four consecutive times.

Henry is one of the few Latin LIAisons Coaches at the London International Awards and one of 22 Latin creatives highlighted by ADWEEK's "Hispanic Heritage" project in 2022.

He is a professor at Bolivia's leading university and the Academic Director at Brother School of Creativity. He is also a columnist for the country's main newspapers.

Henry was the Champion of the Entrepreneurship World Cup Bolivia in 2021.

He is the founder of the most awarded application in categories such as Effectiveness, Innovation, UX, Industry & Business Transformation, Social Impact, Prosperity & Infrastructure, and Sustainable Development Goals.

An inveterate lover of creativity, Henry is passionate about solving business and social problems through technology.
