About me

I am a lover of books & writing. As a freelance fiction writer I'm looking for an opportunity to find my way in the industry & work my way up whilst continuing to work on my artistic practices. As an artist my main practice is screen-printing & I equally appreciate & love the effect of text both visually as well as literally. I'm interested in editorial, illustration, design & writing work. I can also offer technical skills in InDesign, Photo-shop CS, Illustrator & many more (please contact me to see C.V!) plus can offer so much extra in terms of creative & conceptual input. I am confident in my knowledge of current trends in culture, music, art, film & fashion, as I have had a wealth of varying creative interests & education (again you simply must see C.V). I work well in a team as well as individually, attentive to the ideas of others & also brimming with my own ideas to put forward. I'm half British, half Austrian, so am fluent in both English & German. I'm currently working in education as an Arts Technician. My role is to assist teachers in Art classes, order new art supplies & assist with school events. After 2 years working in my current position I have come to realise that my creative abilities & capacities far exceed my present responsibilities & I am looking to be challenged in my future work.
