About me
I'm a playful senior copywriter and TOV specialist with more than 10 years of experience, driven by creative collaboration, the mechanics of language and bringing joy to others with words.
I have recently wrapped up a long contract working at Oliver as a Senior Copywriter & Content Strategist on their Diageo account, and I'm now freelancing at a mix of places including the iconic brand Chilly's.
I've worked across sector (marketing, advertising, SEO), format (campaigns, web, video, social etc.), and subject (travel, tech, eLearning, charities etc.).
I've produced big ideas for the likes of Save the Children, Nationwide, and Rio Tinto. I've established the ToV for brands such as The Dusty Knuckle Bakery, Sectigo, and Goodenough College. And I've written for a broad mix of brands: taglines for Hansaplast, TV ads for law firms, presentations for Microsoft, eBooks for Nurofen, fashion copy for Suzy D, gamified experiences for Orange, conceptual ads for BBC Maestro, and more.
I'm very happy getting hands-on and crafting copy, but I'm equally content getting strategic, managing writers and have lots of experience bringing a culture of copy into organisations.
