About me
As an ambitious and creative person I have spent the past few years working in film and TV, a highly competitive industry to which I have learnt a lot. However I am ready for a new creative direction and a new job. My passion for art & design has always been at the centre of my career plan and inspired me to work freelance and regularly relocate post graduating. Consistently I am brought delight by the opportunity to design and create something new and exciting. It has fed my desire to work meticulously on projects and persistently work through issues that I know can be resolved.
Working in TV has given me the ability to work well under pressure and the chance to show myself as a conscientious and committed team player. I have an affinity with workplaces that are fast paced and have project orientated work that requires working both as a team and as a competent individual. TV has also sharpened my ability to problem solve and use my creativity to create unique and compelling work. I am determined to succeed in my creative career and continue to learn new skills and progress.
I have a number of creative and practical skills including:
graphic design (logo design, branding, editorial design), illustration, hand drawing, technical drawing and surveying skills, scale model making, petty cash buying & money handling, data research, customer service, data presentation, risk assessments and I hold a clean driving licence.
I am both Mac and PC literate and I use the following software regularly: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Sketchup (3D modelling) , Vectorworks (technical drawing), Microsoft office & Procreate (illustration app).
