About me

In 2018, I completed my degree at Loughborough University receiving a second class degree upper division in BSc Product Design & Technology. I am now working as a Digital Designer at Wickes.

I am an enthusiastic, organised and hard-working individual with strong communication skills, and am always keen to learn and build on my experience. As a designer I am forward thinking, capable and committed with proven ability to meet deadlines. I have the ability to focus on any tasks and to utilise existing knowledge and experience to deliver practical and innovative solutions.

As you can see from my CV I have 2 years of relevant design experience especially in my current role with Wickes which requires me to be able to ensure that the brand and customer experience is at the forefront of the Wickes ethos. Until recently I have been the sole designer within Wickes which has given me a unique opportunity to develop my broader skills as I have taken on a variety of projects which includes the Wickes Paint Selector, our Smart Home range launch and the digital launch of the Why Wickes Initiative.

I believe that my current experience would make me an ideal candidate and I am particularly excited about this opportunity.

I have also been privately studying for a UX Design Diploma which I completed in February 2020.
