Below is my speech as to why you should hirer me.
I've been working as a Strategy manager at an influencer marketing agency called Tailify for the past year, and here I have had the chance to lead a creative team while sitting in the directors when it comes to creating social media content.
Whilst at Tailify I have created strategies and led campaigns for Just Eat, Disney+, Aspects Beauty and more. Over the last 10 months I have developed a deep understanding for influencer marketing across multiple platforms and been the driving force when it comes to making campaigns that truly disrupt the space. As a Strategy manager I am responsible for communications with a variety of accounts, pitching innovative strategies, leading creative workshops with agencies and brands, and importantly, producing meta-analysis reports to continue to grow out accounts.
Prior to Tailify, however I was at Vidsy, which is partners with Youtube, and its here I grow as a creative lead and platform specialist, and worked on over 90 campaigns. This is where learned to work, educate and brief brands and creators, and to produce some of the most effective social media content for brands such as L'Oreal, Now TV, Bumble and Tiktok. Working with over 7000 creators worldwide taught me how to create content collaboratively, thinking like the creator and the brand.
I also have a bit of a passion for social trends and decided to put my knowledge to good use and created a news letter that was sent out to all clients I work with. The aim was to inspire and educate them on what was happening in the social landscape. I was then asked to write an article for The Drum on trends I predicated for 2021 to get brands thinking about what they needed to be conscious of after a turbulent 2020 - 'The Trends will dominate the social space in 2021'
