I'm a feature writer with over 15 years' experience covering mental health, therapy, and wellbeing for top publications, including The Guardian, i paper, The Independent, Metro, New Humanist, Therapy Today, Cosmopolitan UK, Glamour UK, The Revealer (NYU), Stylist, The Lead, Tricycle, .uk, Patient and VICE UK. Recent topics include pre-trial therapy, conversion therapy, purity culture and doctors' mental health.

I write the BACP magazine's monthly arts and culture spread for over 65,000 therapist and counsellor subscribers.
In addition to journalism, I've worked as a digital production journalist (The Times, The Sunday Times, The Independent) and a copywriter for brands like Guardian Labs, The Telegraph and the University of Greenwich.
I work as a comms director for the NASGP and work with copywriting clients including The Leathersellers and the Goldsmiths Foundation.
