About me

I am a motivated and creative Graphic Designer with an enthusiastic passion for Print Design and Typography. I graduated in last summer with a first class degree from a BA hons. in Graphic Arts and Design. I am currently relocating to London and am due to begin an MA in Graphic Design at the London College of Communication in January. Since graduating from my BA I have completed several design placements including Form (London) and SampsonMay Design (London) and worked on commissions, collaborations and individual freelance projects. I have exhibited work as part of DesignEvent08 and am a member of the International Society of Typographic Designers.I am passionate about visual communication all forms and have an excellent eye for detail and enjoy engaging with printed matter and identity projects with an open mind. I enjoy working in teams and collaborating on projects and also excel working individually and find I can quickly adapt to any given situation.I am looking to gain experience across a cross section of the industry to enhance the conceptual learning experience of my upcoming course.I am confident in working in Adobe CS3 Design based software and am currently developing skills in Adobe CS3 production based software. I have also continued to improve my traditional craft skills by recently completing a screen-printing course. I am keen to continue to explore the role of craft through both my commercial and personal work.
