About me
I am a recent graduate of Chelsea College of Arts UAL, specialising in print design. I am a highly motivated and creative individual with an eye for detail. Confident with working under my own initiative but equally well suited to working in a team environment and enthusiastic to broaden my skills.
My key focus in my work so far has been to explore surface pattern design where I can manipulate the environment to become more optimistic and joyful. Utilising both digital and screen-printing, mixed with an enthusiasm for drawing, I explore form, texture and colour through a variety of abstract prints. I have applied this thought process to a range different projects at University, working with live briefs and quick hand-ins. This has evoked strong organisation skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines. Three years at Chelsea College of Arts has made me realise I am good at multi-tasking, working on numerous projects at a time, whilst still maintaining high standards. I am a quick learner and excited to start working on new projects.
Working on my final project through Covid-19 has encouraged me to work more digitally, expanding my portfolio and working more experimentally. I can react quickly to changing demands, and have discovered that this sometimes encourages more exciting outcomes.
