Dear Sir or Madam:

I am very interested in the position of Copywriter with your company. I am currently working in the Copywriting department for an Internet Marketing company, but my true passion lies with the beauty industry.

I am a trained make-up artist; I gained a Distinction in the photographic make-up course at the prestigious Glauca Rossi Make-Up School. As well as my training and interest in the beauty industry, I have a Masters in Advertising and Marketing, and a degree in English Literature.

I would relish the opportunity to work as a Copywriter for a company in the beauty industry, and believe that my strong work ethic and qualifications make me an excellent candidate for this position.
