Elisha Foster is a visionary artist thats uses the medium of photography to tell stories, create beauty and ultimatley translate the world making it her own.

My inspiration is not only derived from photographic legends but the world as we live in it. From Human emotion and identity to natures beauty, all things inspire me into translating it all through one medium, and that is photography.

My journey into the world of photography began at the onset of my degree taken in Contemporary Media. Its theoretical base combined with practical workshops allowed me to translate my critical thinking through my art.

Now graduated i continue to translate meaning and beauty through my photographic lens.

My photography is the words on the page, the thoughts in my mind the outward emotions i show. You can read into it, take out of it what you like, you see this world as you see it is mine. I have painted these pictures through lens and apertures and shutter speeds so divine. To connote the beauty of this world that can be so crooked and contoured yet still we make it our shrine.
