About me

I've been an artist since the moment I first held a pencil in my hand. Nature is my primary inspiration. My favorite medium has always been oil. I finished my education as an artist and then got a master's degree in fashion design. On my way to becoming an artist I was inspired by impressionism. My favorite was painting in nature. After receiving my master's degree, I traveled around the world, learning different nationalities, people, styles. It was a remarkable experience which influenced my art and gave me more opportunity to work with creative people. I feel like sharing experience and motivating each other is part of the process which makes this world better. In 2015, I made the big decision to move from Russia to the US to continue my fashion career, and I started making handmade embroidery. My latest collection is inspired by wild animals in the forest and beautiful plants and flowers. Since COVID, I've transferred all of my attention to fashion illustration and continue to find myself very interested in it. I'm mixing realist portraits with bright colors and exploring the beauty of patterns. I love to show the beauty of nature and notice something special in each person.

Credits and Accomplishments:

I held my first personal art exhibition when I was 7 years old. Then as a teenager I participated in and won many local art competitions and one National which was organized by the famous Art Academy in St. Petersburg in Russia. When I moved to the USA I participated in a fashion show in Oakland, CA where I was the only international designer. In 2018, 3 local artists and I started an art community in San Francisco; we have since grown to more than 350 artists. I'm drawing and improving my skills every day and recently my illustrations have been recognized by FIDA and Draw A Dot.
