About me

Clients include: Parragon Books Ltd, Cico Book Publishers Ltd, Talking Design Ltd, Bridgewater Books, The Age Newspaper Australia, Brighton & Hove Council and Crafty Creatives.

My work is inspired by the sea side, nature, and daily surroundings, creating a new dish or going for coffee and cake at the local cafe! I love printmaking including woodcuts and mono-prints. I thoroughly enjoy the unpredictability of printmaking: there is always an element of surprise when the print is revealed. I love new techniques and have recently launched myself into screen printing, acquiring new skills and pushing my work forwards in amazing, exciting ways. I often lecturer at E.S.C.G.Hastings in the art & design department, where I teach diploma and degree level students.

Education: Brighton University M.A Sequential Design/Illustration, Norwich School of Art B.A Hons Illustration.

"Eleanor's illustrations are unique, beautiful and inspiring - they make Parragon's series of Doodle Books stand out from the crowd. She always delivers above and beyond my expectations and takes in amends without hesitation. Each book's internals surpass the last; her work never lacks creativity." Frances Prior-Reeves, Reference & Lifestyle Editor at Parragon Books Ltd

"I've had the pleasure of working with Eleanor on several projects, she always produces stunning, creative illustrations from what is often a difficult brief. I would not hesitate to recommend her, for her professional approach and beautiful work" Mark Roberts at Talking Design.
