About me
My name is Edward Craggs, and I am a graduate from the University of Leeds with First Class Honours (BA World & Popular Music).
I have recently completed a highly successful placement at Songlines music magazine and I'm seeking a paid placement or permanent role. I have experience across a range of software, in customer/business media relations and social networking, an array of transferable skills and a willingness to work within an environment with a social ethos. My main focus is writing, and I continue to be part of the Songlines team at events, festivals and as a contributing writer.
I am seeking opportunities across the breadth of the media industry, however I am inclined to work within the publishing, broadcast and social media domains. My success at Songlines demonstrates my passion for an industry that is founded upon my deep-rooted interest in music, sociology and foreign culture.
