About me

I am an Advertising graduate fluent in English, Spanish and Italian. I have acquired a high level of interpersonal communication, thanks as much to the presentations during my degree in the university as to my relationships with clients and partners during my previous work in England, Italy and Spain.

I have a great interest in the new technologies and a high level of computer literacy: Office, Windows, Mac OS X, Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Internet databases among others programs and tools.

While working for the Santander Bank as a Call center assistant I handled the accounts database, the attendant console and the department accounting. I developed an excellent secretarial, administrative and organisational skills, a good and professional telephone manners and a strong background supporting clients. I am very reliable, organized and willing to learn.

Working as a Freelance Community Manager for different companies I developed a passion for quality and attention to detail and ability to prioritize, multi-task and deliver with regard to fast deadlines gaining an excellent ability in the use of Word, Excel and office and internet computing software.
