About me

Ethan is a graduate of the prestigious Rhode Island School of Design, with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in graphic design. For the past five years, Ethan has been working in the New York City area for design firms as well as doing freelance work. For the past two years, Ethan has been focusing on packaging design in a role at Johnson and Johnson's Global Design headquarters and it is where most of his current expertise lies. He has a complete understanding of the printing process as well as intimate knowledge of InDesign, Quark, Photoshop, and Illustrator. He is also familiar with Flash and Dreamweaver and can use those programs to design programming-light web pages. With an excellent eye for design, he understands a brief and will produce work that is appropriate and strategic based on the client's needs. Ethan has the education and experience to deliver from concept, to pre-press through production. The result is excellent work that has never failed to satisfy a client. Ethan is composed and effective under pressure and can handle both tight budgets and tight deadlines. As someone who committed to being multidisciplinary and is constantly trying to expand his repertoire of skills, he is just as comfortable designing for the dieline as he is for the printed page and many other applications.
