Who Is Dwayne Huggins

Thanking for taking the time to check out my profile and review my employment details.

Following this brief intro is my CV all about what I have been doing for the last 12+ years with my current portfolio.

Right now I want to give you a brief insight into my productive skills and what I can do for you and your business.

I have developed some great leadership skills, which I offer to you.

Being able to bring out the best in others is one of them. I understand that employees can "get lost" in their roles and only settle for what they are employed to do.

This leads to them eventually becoming unsatisfied at work, which leads to their work level not increasing (in most cases it starts to decrease). Their employer will not be getting the best from their employee, which is a huge waste.

Being able to identify someone's full potential and assist them in reaching it works wonders for the employee and completely benefits the employer.

This is one of my assets that I can bring to your business.

Any project I am involved in gets my complete focus. I am not scared to muck in where needed or delegate to others to achieve the best possible end result.

I am not afraid to admit I don't know it all. I think the key to success is to surround yourself with people who specialise in the essential areas of your chosen field.

For example I am not a genius at Photoshop re-touching, so I will have someone in my team who is.

As you know, all great leaders are great communicators. In our industry communication is generally a 6 way street. The client, the creative's, the planner's, the account handler's, the artworker's and ourselves.

We all have opinions on how the end product should look and feel. Being able to squeeze the best juices out of these strong opinions and make them workable throughout the business is what a real leader does.

This is what I strive to do everyday and everyday I learn new ways of achieving this. I fully embrace learning new things and I take every opportunity to grow my knowledge.
